This Privacy Policy describes how Member Tracker+ (the “App” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you use the app.

    How the app works

    Please note that while you can track the live location of members, there is no log for you to go back on nor are there any time stamps.

    The app must also be opened in the background of the device and have always location services turned on.

    If these settings are not met, the app will not function as intended.


    Third-Party Information Collection.

    When you access or use the Site or Member Tracker+ Software, or access their content, certain third parties, such as advertisers, analytics companies, your mobile device manufacturer, your mobile service provider and (if you are a Member Tracker+ Customer Visitor) Member Tracker+ Customers may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you, your computer or your device. The information these third parties collect may be associated with your personal information or your online or mobile activities over time and across different websites, apps and other online services websites. Such third parties may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. We do not control third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used.
